FORMAT: We are fine-tuning the details of this 45-60-minute open forum conversation. It will be a Q&A opportunity.
From The Economist (10 April 2021):
The shift to a hybrid world of work will have a big impact on managers.
"Before the pandemic, Americans spent 5% of their working time at home. By spring 2020 the figure was 60%. The shift has gone better than expected. People are working longer hours, but they report higher levels of happiness and productivity. As lockdowns lift, working from home is likely to stay."
That's for America. What's the situation in your organisation?
This webinar is an opportunity so we can learn from each other. What is your biggest challenge? What are you and others already doing to sustain productivity, collaboration, teamwork, and motivation in the new world of hybrid work - some at the office, some working remotely?
When you register, please let us know your number one challenge/question about staying productive in the hybrid world of work.
There cannot be "one right answer" to this challenge. Let's meet to learn, and help each other.
One of my associates, Richard de Villiers, has been looking into this topic since 'working remotely' and 'working from home' first surfaced. He is ready and keen to share his insights with you on this webinar.
We will have a panel discussion based on your questions. The panel can include you, and anyone on the webinar who would like to contribute.
Everyone on the webinar will be in a position to contribute to the conversation.
Looking forward!
