Throughout this 3-part series we'll explore what it means to have healthy conflict and why it's crucial to coach your team during times of conflicts. We'll teach you specific strategies you can incorporate into your conversations to ensure your approach is positive, and facilitates engagement and open discussion!
You will learn techniques for managing your team's progress in developing a healthy relationship with conflict and ways to communicate with someone who is resistant to coaching healthy conflict resolution.
We'll introductory model to help you get started with your own plan and explore how you can utilize this strategy to drive your team's goals and your organization's overall mission and values!
