Initiative partner: Fronius
For three years now, the Berlin University of Applied Sciences has been rating residential storage systems by their efficiency. In this year’s storage inspection, the Fronius GEN24 Plus hybrid inverter has been ranked the most efficient for operating a household system with a large solar PV system (10 kW peak), heat pump and electric vehicle.
The researchers state: “Fronius impresses with its outstanding average inverter efficiency in unloading mode of 97.3 percent.” With an overall system performance index of 94%, the Fronius GEN24 Plus became the efficiency winner and is the only system in the category to achieve energy efficiency class A.”
In this pv magazine Spotlight, Leonhard Peböck, at Fronius International Product Marketing, will provide a quick and comprehensive overview of all the features of the company’s new hybrid inverter, the GEN24 Plus. The presentation will support installers with the knowledge necessary to best communicate with end customers.
For the Q&A part, we will also welcome Franz Breitwieser, Product Manager at Fronius International. He was involved in the development of the product and will be able to give insights into the same.
