This is a very short and simple video animation that I designed to help better explain what Mental health is at a very basic level. I wanted to provide a very simple overview of what Mental Health is, to provide a basic understanding of some of the key elements.
It does get all very confusing at times out there in the real world, especially with all the noise that is on social media and everyone presenting facts in a multitude of ways, when many individuals, simply wish to know, what the basics are to begin with!
