Panelists include:
Talita Cochran: Head of Patient Recruitment and Retention for Early Phase at Seagen. Talita works in close collaboration with all Early Phase study team leaders to create a proactive strategy leveraging a risk- mitigation approach. Talita started her career 23 years ago working in patient care, moving into roles at clinical research sites, clinical operations, and most recently specializing in patient recruitment and retention. Talita’s site, CRO, and biotech experience brings a unique experience and perspective to her approach for early phase studies.
Shannon Duffany: Clinical Trial Early Planning Lead at Sanofi. Shannon has more than 20 years of clinical research operations experience, spanning study coordinator positions to clinical operations roles. Currently, she leads a team that is responsible for building global clinical trial strategies in planning country and site feasibility for Sanofi’s solid tumor portfolio. Additionally, her team designs patient recruitment strategies for these trials.
Faiz Niazi: Senior Clinical Operations Group Head at Novartis. Faiz brings more than 20 years of experience in clinical research and development operations. He specializes in early-phase development from first-in-human to proof-of-concept studies with an emphasis on oncology. Currently, Faiz leads the Clinical Operations team engaged in designing and executing oncology clinical trials at Novartis.
