Michael Salvatico leads environmental, social and governance (ESG) business development in Asia Pacific for Trucost, based in Sydney. He works with investors and companies to consult on industry trends, assess their ESG performance and advise on the integration of tools that help manage ESG exposures and opportunities.

Prior to joining Trucost, Michael was an Executive Director at MSCI Inc. and oversaw the company’s ESG Research in Australia and New Zealand. His career experience involves working in portfolio analytics, quantitative investment analysis and ESG research. Before MSCI Inc., he was part of the highly rated research team at Bank of America - Merrill Lynch where he was head of Emerging Markets quantitative analysis.

Wolfgang Kuhn

Director of Financial Sector Strategy, ShareAction

Wolfgang Kuhn is Director of Financial Sector Strategy at ShareAction with 20 years’ experience in fixed income markets. He has been on a quest for the right approach to sustainable investment since 2006.

His most recent role was that of Head of Pan-European Fixed Income at Aberdeen Asset Management, managing European credit and macro teams. Previously, he worked for UBS, Deutsche Asset Management and DG Bank.

Daniel Brooksbank

Head of Strategic Content, Responsible Investor

Daniel is Head of Strategic Content having formerly been Editor of Responsible Investor from 2010-2020. Daniel was News Editor at Investment & Pensions Europe (IPE) from 2002 to 2007. Formerly he was Multimedia Editor, Europe for Bloomberg News where he was involved in programming the Bloomberg Forum interview series.

Prior to this he was Economics Editor at Ideaglobal.com where he oversaw the daily Financial Markets Today economics and market commentary product. While at IPE he was the moderator of the European Parliamentary Pension Forum and has appeared on CNBC and the BBC discussing pension and investment issues. He started his career at Reuters, initially in investor communications before moving on to edit its online staff newsletter ‘The Daily Briefing’.
