Nora Pope, FCP is an educator, public speaker and was a Naturopathic Doctor in Toronto from 2002-19. She is the creator of “Cycle Charting: The Key to Fertility” CE Seminars. Along with Dr Jessica Liu, ND, she co-founded Fertility Continuing Education (FCE) in 2020 and co-produced the 2021 accredited webinar “Chart Your Cycle, Progesterone HRT and Fertility Optimization” for healthcare professionals. Some of her publications include: Complementary and Alternative Therapies for Epilepsy, cycle charting for NDNR (“Day 21 No More: how to cycle chart for properly timed Progesterone HRT) and naturopathic perinatal care for Midwifery Today. She held an executive position at the Association of Perinatal Naturopathic Doctors and chaired their annual conference. In addition, she served for over 10 years on the Continuing Education Committee at the former Ontario Naturopathic Regulatory College, the Board of Directors of Drugless Therapy – Naturopathy.

She is a popular public speaker and, since 2003, Nora Pope has been educating physicians, surgeons, midwives, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals on the scientific use of natural medicines. She has presented at numerous CE healthcare conferences on drug-herb interactions, epilepsy, pregnancy, fertility cycle charting and progesterone HRT. In her CE lectures, she merges her expertise in Natural Family Planning Cycle Charting with perinatal care in calculating precise due dates, how to flag risks for miscarriages, how to prescribe progesterone to prevent pre-term births and how to naturally space out the next pregnancy during breastfeeding.

She is a graduate of McGill University and the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. She trained as a NaproTechnology Natural Family Planning Medical Consultant Auditor at the Creighton University School of Medicine. In addition, she is a Creighton Model FertilityCare Practitioner. She is a Progesterone & Fertility Awareness advocate and looks forward to the day when all women attain body literacy and know when they are fertile.

Dr. Jessica Liu ND is a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine, licensed in accordance with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario since 2006, with over 16 years of expertise and clinical excellence in the field of fertility, women’s health and pregnancy care. Her passion for fertility and perinatal care stemmed from healing her own hormonal and fertility challenges with naturopathic medicine. With an extensive background in natural reproductive care, Dr. Jessica Liu, ND has helped many couples to conceive healthy babies, whether naturally, or alongside assisted reproductive techniques such as IUI or IVF. Her program, “Creating Vibrant Fertility” has a particular focus in supporting women to move through their fertility trauma in order to awaken their optimal fertility potential.

Dr. Jessica Liu, ND is the co-founder of Fertility Continuing Education, an organization that creates continuing education in the field of fertility awareness, restorative fertility treatment and perinatal care for healthcare professionals. Dr. Jessica Liu, ND has been invited as a speaker for various events and organizations including The Canadian Fertility Show, The Children’s International Wellness Conference and has made tv appearances on Roger’s TV. She has spoken about female and male fertility on several podcasts including Rebel Talk, Charting towards Intimacy, That Naturopathic Podcast and In Between Visit’.

Dr. Jessica Liu, ND is an active member of the Ontario and Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors, The Endocrinology Association of Naturopathic Physicians, and a past Board Member of the Association of Perinatal Naturopathic Doctors. Dr. Jessica Liu, ND is the owner and clinical director of Lakeside Natural Health Centre where she has been supporting families in the creation of healthy babies for over 15 years. She resides in Mississauga, Ontario, with her husband and 2 children, who inspire her every day to help families grow in health.
