    Richard Rivet is an accomplished company builder and entrepreneur with more 25 years of experience as a senior executive officer, founder, director of private and publicly listed companies. Mr. Rivet has valuable experience in running the everyday business and affairs of public companies. Richard founded and served as President of King’s Bay Gold Corporation (TSX.V-KBG) from 1998 to 2009 and also founded and served as President of Mainstream Minerals Corp (TSX.V-MJO) from 2006 to 2010.
