Jeff Jones is an operating unit president at Tetra Tech, Inc., and lieutenant colonel in the United States Army Reserve.

Jeff is a leader. Army-trained and seasoned. Spearheading engineering, architecture, and sustainability solutions for a diverse set of clients across the United States. He has a passion for delivering cost-efficient, long-term solutions. He also has a love for conservation, our public lands, and the great outdoors.

With more than 30 years of serving our country as a Citizen Soldier, Jeff has gained an unmatched level of leadership experience. And since 2008, he’s been applying that experience to the Tetra Tech . As a Unit President, Jeff ensures our diverse team of engineers, architects and scientists across the United States deliver the most cost-effective, efficient engineering, architecture, planning, and environmental services without compromising quality.

Eric Noe is an Army Programs Manager for Tetra Tech, Inc. He is a recently retired US Army Colonel and the former USACE District Commander for Little Rock. A 1996 graduate of the USMA, he has spent his entire career leading people, developing engineer leaders and finding solutions to tackle America's critical infrastructure challenges.

Christian Dietz, P.E., PMP, is an organizational leader with over 22 years of experience developing long-term strategic solutions to difficult problems, building teams to operationalize solutions to problems surrounding sustainable infrastructure, energy, environmental services, and climate change solutions.

He is passionate about leading and transforming organizations to solve complex global problems. Expertise in team building, organizational growth, change management and stakeholder relations in governments, academia, and private industry. Christian is a retired Army engineer officer, USACE district commander, INDOPACOM staff with experience in Asia-Pacific, Europe, Middle East, and North America regions. Currently, he is helping Tetra Tech deliver infrastructure to federal markets in the Pacific Region.

Christian is a husband, father of two, enthusiast of the beach, mountains, traveling the world, clean water, and Army West Point Football.

Sal is the Chief Executive Officer of Matrix Design Group, a 200+ employee consulting firm specializing in planning, engineering, environmental, and program development. Prior to joining Matrix in 2012, Sal served in the United States Air Force for over 20 years, retiring as a Colonel out of Wing Command at Eglin AFB, Florida. Sal is a Distinguished Fellow within SAME and a current member of the SAME Foundation Board of Direction. He is also a past National President and a Young Professional for life.
