SAME Leader Development COI Webinar: Supporting Leader Development with SAME Post Programs

Beginning with the first cohort in 2019, SAME’s Leader Development Program has been key to meeting the Society’s strategic goal of fostering leadership, mentoring, and developing leaders for the profession. While this program represents one of the more visible leader development activities within the Society, it is not the only one. Individual-, Post-, and even Regional-level programs exist within SAME, all supported by the Leader Development Community of Interest. This webinar will highlight some of the various Post level programs, provide best practices from around the Society, and highlight the Leader Development Toolkit to help Posts get programs started. The panel will also have an opportunity for feedback on ways to grow the support to Post and Regional programs.
