Matt Stahl is an AI/Infrastructure Management Team Leader and Associate Water Asset Manager for Halff Associates. Over the past 16 years, Matt has worked as a civil engineering consultant and manager for stormwater, water, and wastewater program development, data science and machine learning, GIS database, H&H analyses, and water resources planning. Matt leads utility-wide, data-driven projects to assist clients by delivering infrastructure evaluation and data-driven results to enhance utility decision-making. He has presented to 40+ professional engineering societies, peer groups, state and national conferences, and even podcasts on topics related to infrastructure and data science applications in the A&E industry.

Facility Asset Management COI Education Program Lead
Matt Anderson is the current Facility Asset Management COI education program lead responsible for developing the webinar schedule to examine key facility management issues facing the federal government and industry. He is currently a Project Director for AtkinsRéalis Asset Management Team within the Planning, Response & Resilience Division, overseeing a wide range of DoD projects. Prior to joining AtkinsRéalis, Matt served 20 years as an Air Force Civil Engineer with assignments at the squadron, group, major command, field operating agency and headquarters air staff level.
