Michael Ramos is the President at Raymond, a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business that provides full A/E services. After joining Raymond in 2017, Mr. Ramos has worked to grow Raymond's engagement and presence in the federal market and serves as the Person-in-Charge for contracts with USACE, NAVFAC, AFCEC, and the Department of Veterans Affairs. Prior to Raymond, Mr. Ramos was the Director of Analysis at DeWolff, Boberg & Associates and a Senior Associate with Booz Allen Hamilton. Mr. Ramos holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from MIT and a M.S. in Chemistry from Tufts University.

Mercedes Enrique is President and owner of CMS Corporation, a minority-owned company and a 2014 graduate of the SBA 8(a) program. CMS has Department of Defense active multi-year contracts with $7.6 billion in contract capacity spanning 30 states, Guam, and worldwide contracts. She serves as Board Member on the SAME Foundation and the Indiana Chamber Boards. Mercedes is passionate about Industry-Government Engagement and is leading the SAME initiative “Transitioning Federal SB Challenges and the Shrinking Industrial Base.”

Scott Matheny is a Untied States Marine Corps Veteran and is the President and Founder of Semper Tek, Inc., an SDVOSB general contracting firm that serves multiple federal clients including the Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense, and the General Services Administration. He holds a BS in Construction Management and has more than 30 years of continued experience in the federal contracting industry. He is responsible for Semper Tek’s overall business performance, strategy development and operational execution. Scott is passionate about serving his fellow Veterans and active-duty military personnel by successfully delivering quality projects on military installations and VA campuses throughout the Southeastern United States.

Tony Price is currently a Business Development Manager at Apogee Consulting Group, P.A. Tony has 43 years of specialized architectural, engineering and environmental experience, including a 23-year military career with the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), having a diverse career as a Combat Engineer and staff levels up to a Field Operating Agency where he was Executive Officer to the Commander, US Army Environmental Center (AEC). Tony previously led Lindbergh & Associates, an Engineering Small Business with no Federal Experience and developed a strategy that enabled it to compete in the federal market by adding capabilities in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Interior Design and increased capacity in Civil and Structural Engineering and Land Surveying creating a Multi-Disciplined A-E Company with the ability to compete nationwide in the Federal Market. His company was awarded the first Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business A-E Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contracts from US Army Corps of Engineer Districts Mobile and Norfolk, and he now leads efforts within Apogee in the federal marketplace.
