Christopher Dalli is currently the CEO of a leading casino operator, L&L Europe Limited, and has held the position since 2018. Together with senior management, he runs 9 brands such as All British Casino under licences issued by the Gambling Commission, Spelinspektionen, and the Malta Gaming Authority.

Prior to joining L&L, Dr Dalli was a Partner at Gonzi & Associates, Advocates, a law firm specialising in commercial and technological matters, where he led the Gaming department. During this time, he assisted a number of top operators with their licensing and operational needs while representing them during negotiations and other commercial matters.

Additionally, Dr Dalli continues to be a frequent panellist at conferences, lecturer on legal, hr and management topics and holds a legal expert position on the National Anti-Doping Panel.

Sarah Ramanauskas
Co-Founder of Game Safety Institute
Sarah is one of the world's leading safer gambling consultants, acting as assessor to the World Lottery Association, European Lotteries and the US National Council on Problem Gambling. She also works on player protection assurance for a number of UK operators, including Allwyn for their 4th National Lottery Licence.
She has recently founded the Game Safety Institute, which aims to provide useful and actionable insight on gambling product safety for operators and regulators. Its first initiative, a safety model for online slots, is now available.
