Susan has been a meditating and following a vegetarian diet for over 40 years. Since retiring from a senior executive position at a Fortune 500 company, she has conducted numerous workshops around the world on meditation and vegetarian lifestyle. Susan completed The Plant-Based Nutrition certification course through E-Cornell and the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, the Rouxbe Forks Over Knives and Professional Plant-Based Chef Cooking courses, and is co-editor of the cookbook Veggies & You. Meditation has helped Susan create peace and joy in her life and she is grateful for the opportunity to share.

Zelma Chamberlain, M.Ed. is a retired educator, with over 20 years' experience working with a non-traditional school population. She co-founded and administered a post-secondary college placement program to assist first generation students transitioning to institutions of higher education. As the National Women’s Retreat Coordinator for an international nonprofit, Zelma facilitates and presents at Women’s Retreats and workshops around the country. She has been meditating for over 37 years and has found that meditation is key to living a life of peace and love.
