Senta training: Forms deep dive

Forms are central to capturing information in Senta. You can customise them in many different ways and save time by making sure you have all the information you need on your clients' records.

The fields within forms to populate personalised emails & text messages as well as so sync data between different forms.

You can even capture a date on a form and use this as a task start date, use filters so that certain forms only appear for certain clients, or duplicate forms to quickly capture similar information.
