Emma is the lead for Accenture Intelligent Engineering Services in UKI, a group that combines software engineering, agile delivery, and innovation on emerging technologies to deliver complex solutions on new IT. Prior to this Emma was the Artificial Intelligence Lead for Technology UK/I, responsible for shaping AI and automation solutions to address business needs at scale. Emma works closely with Accenture’s ecosystem partners to develop new offerings, and leads co-innovation initiatives for the Accenture Google Cloud Business Group.

Emma joined Accenture as a graduate in 2003 and has worked across industry sectors, specialising in applying the latest technologies to transform business operations and customer experience. She is a passionate advocate of women in technology, leading inclusion and diversity initiatives in Accenture’s Intelligent Engineering group. In 2015 Emma was recognised as one of the UK’s exceptional young businesswomen in Management Today’s 35 Women Under 35.
