Prior to Clim8, Alice was a Partner at HUBX, a capital markets fintech backed by Barclays and LSEG. She founded Emolument, a salary data platform which focused on highlighting the gender pay gap. Alice started her career at Morgan Stanley in HY & Distressed sales & trading.
Passionate about empowering women as leaders, Alice is a mentor for Athena40 and Global Thinkers Forum, and NED for Like Minded Female. She has just completed a Business Sustainability Management course with the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL). Alice holds an MA in Modern History and Italian from Oxford.
