Shawna VandenHeuvel is VP of Client Services for the Martech group within J2 Global. She oversees support, customer success, campaign/design services, and account management for four global email marketing software brands; Campaigner, iContact, Communicator, and SMTP. Shawna feels passionately about delivering an exceptional customer experience and believes that when this is the primary focus for every role and department within an organization the business will succeed. Her client services teams are focused on engaging clients to deliver value, driving product utilization and feature adoption. Shawna enjoys the challenge of evolving and adapting teams and processes to support retaining and growing clients. Communication, collaboration, a healthy sense of urgency and some good old fashion fighting for your clients are what she tries to instill in her teams.
