Megan Macaluso is the Vice President of Customer Success and Operations at ESG, which provides Customer Success as a Service. Megan and her team build and support customized programs that extend, optimize, and grow Customer Success organizations. Along with oversight of customer consulting, she handles much of ESG's internal operations.
