Ricardo Valerdi is a Professor and Head of the Department of Systems & Industrial Engineering at the University of Arizona. He also serves as Arizona’s Faculty Athletics Representative and teaches courses in cost estimation and sports analytics. He is a recipient of ICEAA’s Frank Freiman Award and is a Fellow of the International Council on Systems Engineering.
