Vinny Papia has been a cost analyst for over 16 years, primarily supporting the United States Department of the Air Force, also supporting other military services and the Department of Homeland Security. He holds a B.S. in Mathematical Sciences and an M.S. in Data Science, both from the Worcester Polytechnic Institute. For the past 10 years, he has been supporting the Air Force’s cloud migration initiatives, becoming familiar with commercial cloud computing technology, and associated cost implications. Most recently, he has been focused on workforce development, training, and communicating cost analysis techniques to the Air Force Cyber and Networks Directorate.
