Rahsan-Rahsan Lindsay
Executive Vice President of Advertising Sales and Marketing | Urban One
Rahsan-Rahsan Lindsay has been with Urban One for almost 9 years and currently serves as Executive Vice President of Advertising Sales and Marketing. In this role, he is responsible for leading the TV One, CLEO TV and iOne Digital Ad Sales teams throughout the US. He provides strategic direction for both divisions across national ad sales, direct response sales, sales operations, integrated marketing and pricing & planning. In addition, Rahsan’s role is to elevate all of Urban One’s properties to the marketing community. These include the aforementioned TV & digital properties, as well as its radio assets, Radio One and Reach Media. Recently, he took over the role as head of One Solution, Urban One’s cross platform marketing group and One X Studios, the stand-alone production arm of Urban One.

In these new roles, Mr. Lindsay leads cross-platform marketing for One Solution. This division develops out of the box solutions from ideation through execution, and is tasked with amplifying Urban One’s programming and events via integrations, activations and trade marketing initiatives. There is also a strategic partnerships group, (a direct-to-client strategy team) which manages top tier marketing partnerships. Urban One’s production house, One X Studios, which expands Rahsan’s creative responsibilities, focuses is on branded content and is comprised of designers, directors, producers, writers and strategists, who are dedicated to illuminating stories that often go untold.

Prior to joining TV One in 2011, Lindsay spent almost eight years in Ad Sales for Viacom Media Networks, where he directed new business development for MTV, Comedy Central, Spike, CMT and TV Land, and served as VP of Ad Sales for MTV2, mtvU and Palladia.

On a personal note: Rahsan-Rahsan currently serves as the co-chair of the Board of Directors for The Brotherhood/Sister Sol, a Harlem-based nonprofit organization. In addition to his philanthropic work, Rahsan-Rahsan sometimes fancies himself a filmmaker, does on-camera work from time to time and coaches boy’s recreational league basketball.

He is a graduate of Brown University with a degree in Biology. Originally from Baltimore, MD, he and his family reside in Brooklyn, N.Y.
