Ms. Mann is a Cybersecurity Strategist in the Office of the Technical Director (OTD) in CISA’s Cybersecurity Division (CSD). Her current portfolio includes leading the CSD governance framework, development of the CSD Tech Strategy, and Project Manager of cybersecurity R&D projects. Prior to joining CISA, she was a Senior Cost Analyst in the Cost Analysis Division (CAD) at DHS HQ leading the Agile Software portfolio team and supported programs in the DOD and NATO HQ in Brussels, Belgium. Kammy has B.S. and M.S. degrees in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech and is a Certified Cost Estimator/Analyst (CCE/A).
