Kristin Seaver
Chief Retail and Delivery Officer and Executive Vice President, US Postal Service
Kristin Seaver has served as chief information officer and executive vice president since April 2016. In this role, Kristin leads the Postal Service’s efforts to drive innovation across enterprise analytics, business insights, mail intelligence, engineering systems, information security and infrastructure and payment technology.
Previously, Kristin was vice president, Area Operations – Capital Metro Area, from October 2013 to April 2016. Other past positions she has served in include the area manager of Operations Support in the Northeast Area and Eastern Area, manager of In-Plant Support, senior plant manager, manager of Processing and Distribution Center, and industrial engineer and manager of Remote Encoding Operations.
Kristin is a Lean Six Sigma trained and certified Black Belt. She has a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and a master’s in business administration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
