Jon Paul “JP” Pérez currently serves as President of The Related Group, one of the country’s most prolific and respected real estate development firms. Within this role, Jon Paul is responsible for overseeing development operations across the company’s various divisions, managing land acquisition efforts and leading the procurement of major construction financing. As part of Related’s Executive Committee, he works with the firm’s C-level executives and division presidents to establish corporate priorities, growth strategies and other key companywide initiatives. He is also working to accelerate Related’s innovation efforts, including investments in disruptive technologies and forging industry partnerships.
