Andy Lewandowski serves as a Digital Experience Advisor to the Federal CIO in the Office of Management and Budget. A former member of the U.S. Digital Service, he's an agile business, product, and customer experience strategist who uses
technology and human-centered design to deliver better experiences to the American people when they interact with their government.
He's worked in the public sector at the federal level on diverse digital transformations including reimagining the immigration experience for the 21st century and creating novel ways to deliver benefits and health care to veterans. He's also worked on innovative products and programs in hospitality and higher education. Andy holds a B.A. in Journalism and Media Studies from San Diego State and a M.A. in Communication, Culture, and Technology from Georgetown.
