Philip Nutsugah serves as Senior Vice President of Product Development & Management, overseeing Cox’s entire portfolio of residential and business products, including internet, video, voice, home security and automation, digital apps, wireless, devices, and networking. Philip is a true visionary who fosters innovation and collaboration within his team in order to drive tangible results and boost product competitiveness. He also spearheads Cox’s Product Innovation Lab (PIL), in which employee-formed teams come up with new ideas and give a Shark Tank-like presentation in front of a panel of Cox leaders. In recent years, Philip has overseen the launch and rapid growth of a number of new residential and business services. Operationally, Philip has overhauled Cox’s mobile app strategy and made a dramatic improvement in the self-installation and self-service experience. He has driven end-to-end product management accountability across his organization, stressing data-driven decision making focused on the customer experience and operational and financial performance.
