Mr. Kevin McKeel has over 20 years of experience in software cost estimation, functional size measure and training. He holds certifications, including CCEA, SCEC, and SAFe 4 Architect, and received the prestigious 2021 Technical Achievement of the Year award from ICEAA related to research of automated software sizing using AI and NLP. Mr. McKeel holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from James Madison University and a Master’s in Business Administration from The George Washington University.
