Kassie is the Director of Client Success at Grubhub, working with organizations across the country who want to keep their teams fed and focused. For more than eighteen years, Kassie has worked to improve the client experience in various operations and strategy roles. She was ultimately drawn to customer success as a discipline by the strong sense of community, collaboration, and innovation.
Outside of the office, Kassie is on a working board of the Special Olympics of Illinois and is excited to start volunteering with iMentor in the fall.

She holds degrees in business and labor relations from Penn State University.
