CTO and Co Founder of Tech Returners James Heggs has over 15 years experience leading tech teams and has been a DevOps Consultant for more than six years with experience across a range of industries, working at commercial and governmental level and is co-organiser of popular industry meet-up DevOps Manchester.

Alongside his strategic roles at Tech Returners James is also the creator and lead coach for the successful Your Journey Into Tech programme which enables individuals into technology careers through a 15 week programme of technical teaching and career support. An engaging educator with the ability to explain technical concepts in a way that people understand, James has an unmatched passion for technology and in 2020 won Technology Professional of the Year at the Made in Manchester Awards.
