Shefali GeraShefali is the EMEA Head of Wellness and Diversity & Inclusion based in London. She has responsibility for developing, managing and driving Wellness-related initiatives including policies and programming, and the diversity and inclusion strategy and initiatives related to driving an inclusive culture and retention and advancement of diverse professionals. Shefali joined Goldman Sachs in 1999 where she spent three years on the trading floor before leaving the firm to embark on a graduate entry medical programme, qualifying as a doctor in 2006. She subsequently completed her MBA in London in 2008 and moved to Singapore. In 2010 she relocated to London to re-join Goldman Sachs in Human Capital Management. Shefali is on the Alumni Board at Cass Business School, London and an Ally Board member of the P3 Network.
