Katie Darling
Vice President, Merchandising, Puma
Katie Darling began her career in 2004 at Puma in athlete marketing where she worked with athletes in the 2004 World Series and 2006 World Cup. Ms. Darling then worked with wholesale key accounts in the footwear and apparel businesses across all channels including athletic specialty, department stores, sporting goods, mass market, and the family channel.
Over the course of the last 16 years she has held various positions in planning, operations, and merchandising across both the footwear and apparel businesses. Her journey has led her to her current role as Vice President of Merchandising where she leads buying and merchandising for Puma’s retail division in North America.

Ms. Darling was included in SBG’s 40 Under 40 list in 2016. She holds has a sports management degree from Springfield College and an M.B.A. from Isenberg School of Business at UMass Amherst.
