Rebecca Fairlamb
Vice President, J.P. Morgan Chase
Rebecca is a Product Manager in the Global Technology division of JPMorgan Chase. Rebecca is responsible for the delivery of products which serve thousands of the firm’s application developers. She has recently been asked to lead a portfolio of products which are critical to the departments 2025 Strategy. She drives high value delivery and is a strong influencer. Rebecca has been leading agile teams for the past few years, with a specific focus on transformation – taking underperforming or less established teams, increasing motivation, productivity and driving towards self-sufficiency.
Rebecca joined JPMorgan Chase & Co. directly from University, beginning as a Summer Intern in 2011, and returning as a graduate in 2012. She rotated through roles within the Global Technology Infrastructure division and was promoted to VP in 2018.
Outside of work Rebecca is an active member of Canada Water Church. She attends yoga classes at a local studio and tries to practice 5 times a week. She has a Theological Studies MA Hons from the University of St. Andrews. She lives in London with her husband and 2 rescue cats.
