Rebekah Joy Alpert, known by colleagues as Joy, has been a dedicated cost analyst to the United States Air Force for 3+ years. She holds both a B.S. and M.S. in Statistics from the University of New Hampshire. For the past 1.5 years, Joy has supported the Cyber and Networks Directorate as the Cost Tools, Research, and Development lead. Supporting the Air Force’s cloud computing initiative, Joy has performed various research activities regarding the costs associated with cloud computing and application migration.
