Debbie integrates somatic techniques into her practice, utilizing meditation, yoga, pranayama, movement, dance, and EMDR to provide holistic support for her clients. Currently, she operates Mosaic Counseling, Inc., where she offers individual counseling, meditation groups, yoga classes, and healing, wellness, and self-care retreats.
Over the years, Debbie has come to deeply understand the vital role of self-care, recognizing how essential friendships, community, safe spaces, nature, meditation, yoga, movement, and laughter are. This profound awareness led her to become a meditation and yoga teacher and even inspired her to organize lively FlashMobs! She resides and works in a charming, eclectic neighborhood celebrated for its artistic vibe, vibrant music scene, dancing, strong sense of community, lush trees, scenic hiking trails, and a quaint little beach.
