Margaret VanGulden, who joined Charter earlier this year, leads a team that is responsible for bringing lean and agile practices at scale to Charter. She is a results-oriented technology executive with over 20 years of experience successfully transforming large-scale traditional engineering and product organizations into high-performing teams that successfully compete and thrive in ever changing marketplaces. Margaret received her B.S. in Business Management and Economics from SUNY Empire State. She is certified in both traditional project management and scaled agile delivery.
