What will we work on this month:
-Posture clinics:
Flip the grip
King pigeon
Bow Pose variations
Eagle pose variations / arm balancing and inversions
Lotus pose variations / inversions and forward folds
-Mobility and Flexibility training
-Pilates
-Creating Space - slow flows to gently open the body.
All levels are welcome.
Classes are Monday / Wednesday / Thursday and Friday
Time 10am or 12pm
Schedule can change but the classes included i t be monthly program will always be delivered.
