Mr. Borka joined DHS in June 2022 as the Deputy Executive Director of the DHS Office of Program Accountability and Risk Management (PARM). Mr. Borka also serves as the Component Acquisition Executive for the DHS Management portfolio. Mr. Borka provides oversight of 88 active programs whose total life cycle costs are valued at over $60 Billion, including ships and aircraft to secure the maritime and land borders; mobile surveillance; identity credentialing; assets to protect the President; cybersecurity; airport screening; and biodefense.
