William Lopez is Vice President of Customer Success at Phone2Action. In his role he oversees Phone2Action’s Customer Success department. He manages a team of 20 individuals who provide strategic and technical assistance to clients of Phone2Action technologies. Under his leadership, William has retained hundreds of customers, and grown revenue year-over-year. In 2019, William was part of the leadership team that secured a multi-million growth fund from Frontier Growth, a growth equity firm for software companies.
