Essentials for Solopreneur Success

Charlesie Russell, VP of Business Development Suites and Students at SalonCentric. I have been leading the strategy of how to engage and best support the Independent Professionals for the last 4 years and have recently picked up the Student group. This position didn’t exist at the time I asked for the role. I was so inspired by the organizations like My Salon Suite that was providing a space and empowerment for the Stylist that were ready to go on their own as a solopreneur. I knew, I too wanted to be part of this revolution in the industry.
Prior to this role I held two other leadership positions at SalonCentric. Remainder of my leadership experience has been in traditional retail; Department Stores, Big Box and Specialty.
