A former public school teacher and workforce development instructor, Rika has experience educating people of all ages. With the firm belief that all students deserve the very best resources and education, Rika joined the EVERFI team in September 2023 to bring her passion and dedication to educational equity to schools across the Carolinas. In her role as an Education Success Specialist, Rika works with administrators, educators, and students to ensure successful implementation of EVERFI’s resources. Outside of work, Rika enjoys bouldering, watching Netflix on the couch with her fiance and their two dogs, and trying new restaurants in the Charlotte area.
