Dr. Tiffany Anisette Pringle is a graduate of Northcentral University and holds a Doctor of Education with a Specialization in Global Training & Development. She is the founder of Inspire Consulting & Management Group where she develops and facilitates soft skills training for corporations on-site and virtually. She currently serves as a facilitator for Clayton State University Continuing and Professional Education department and has worked closely with McKinsey & Co on training and preparing underrepresented leaders from the Black, Hispanic & Latino, and Asian community to achieve their professional aspirations. Beyond her expertise in corporate settings, Dr. Pringle has founded a number of companies and is a recipient of a Patent from the US Patent Trade Office on her innovative Handbag on Wheels. She also creates motivational self-help books and products for the empowerment of women and young girls. The first book titled, “Dare To Be A Diamond”, has since become a non-profit organization called “The Diamond Movement” where young girls and women can go to be empowered and inspired. She continues to speak and provide workshops and training on the subjects of entrepreneurship and empowerment throughout the country.
