Sheikh Bilal Khan MBA is a British-born business and corporate leader who is a specialist in Islamic finance, fintech, agri-business and intra-OIC trade with executive board experience serving in high profile posts as Chairman, CEO, Independent Non-Executive Director, Director General, Secretary-General, Board Member, Special Government Adviser and Business Ambassador as well as an English qualified lawyer, partner of an international law firm, approved adjudicating arbitrator and judge, honorary and visiting faculty at British and international universities, multiple award-winner and public speaker with decades of public and private sector experience.

He was given the highest honour of London when he was presented with the Honorary Freedom of the City of London, thereby joining the likes of Princess Diana, Nelson Mandela, Sir Winston Churchill, Theodore Roosevelt and other high profile dignitaries. Sheikh Bilal holds, among other roles, the positions of Chief Islamic Finance Officer of Astana International Financial Centre, Partner & Global Head of Islamic Finance at international law firm McCarthy Denning, Secretary-General of Malta Islamic Finance Association and Judge & Arbitrator at the International Arbitration Court. He is involved in many geostrategic projects in different parts of the world including the United Kingdom, Europe, Middle East, North Africa, South Asia, Far East and Central Asia. Sheikh Bilal was recently invited to feature in the television series ‘Secrets of Success’ as part of 20 London-based personalities which is now showing on British Airways In-flight. He holds Master of Business Administration with a specialism in Legal Services, M.A. in Islamic Banking, Finance & Management and LL.B (Hons) in Law from British universities as well as B.A. & M.A. in Islamic Sciences, Shari’ah Law and Arabic with proficiency in multiple languages including English, Arabic and Urdu.
