About This Summit
This program is designed to create space, strength and awareness in your body.
You can expect to work on a variety of drills and learn flexibility techniques to help you work towards deeper backbends, and the opening required for splits.
We will look at the different reasons for struggling to achieve doing the splits, and how and why to work and progress from wherever you are now.
You do not need to be flexible already to benefit from this workshop, but it is not recommended for complete beginners.
