WELCOME TO TOON BOOM ANIMATION TRENDS EVENT 2022

This will be our FIRST EVER three-day virtual event from June 6th to June 8th.
Our goal is to build brand awareness and to offer a virtual opportunity to our clients to learn, network, and be inspired by artists, animators, and industry professionals.

MEET THE PRESENTERS

    Megan Ferguson
    Assistant Director at Mercury Filmworks
    Megan is a long-time resident of Mercury Filmworks, growing from a fresh-faced animation student to an experienced animation director on the Hilda animated series over her 15+ year journey in the industry. Her focus is geared towards mentoring, growing, and supporting her creative teams, peers, and coworkers to create a positive environment to tell amazing stories. She lives in Ottawa with her goblin cats.

    Andy Coyle
    Director | Supervising Producer at Mercury Filmworks
    Director and Supervising Producer of the award-winning “Hilda” animated series based on the captivating and best-selling series of graphic novels, as well as the "Hilda and the Mountain King" movie.

    With 20 years of experience in animation production, Andy's passion lies in storytelling; bringing ideas to life with innovative art design and animation techniques.

    Andy resides in Ottawa Canada, with his wife Erika, and two children, Erin and William.
