UGG – New rules! (And Closing out ESSER) - June 3rd & 4th Virtual Training

The morning session will focus on the revisions to the UGG (just published April 24, 2024!) – and specifically, what updates to make to your existing policies and procedures to ensure compliance. In the afternoon, we’ll focus on the close out of ESSER, preparing for the funding cliff, Davis Bacon, procurement and how to remediate potential issues before the auditors/monitors identify them.
