Through the Eyes of a New Member Mel Bower, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, Shriners International and Shriners Children's
"Through the Eyes of a New Member" offers an insightful exploration of the experiences of new members of Shriners International, based on survey data collected from members who have joined the fraternity within the last 18 months. The data highlights various stages of a new member’s journey, from deciding to become a Mason through their early days as a Shriner. By examining their perspectives, we can deepen our understanding of why men decide to become Masons and Shriners. We can also identify organizational strengths, challenges and areas for improvement by fostering engagement and inclusivity.
