Brian is passionate about entrepreneurship and building businesses. As someone who has built and sold multiple software companies, he has always been inspired by technology and the massive impact it can have on people’s lives and careers. After one of his exits in 2016, he decided to jump in and help his wife build her real estate team and learn more about the industry as a whole. Not wanting to drag through an extensive learning curve, he sought out mentorship from some of the most renowned coaches in the industry and quickly identified the formula of accountability that the industries top producers were thriving on – and sold 43 homes himself in this first year while helping build a team. Brian then founded Sisu to bridge a significant technical gap that prohibited most teams from capitalizing on these powerful accountability and productivity principles, making it simple and powerful – even for those who are beginners – in the industry.

Evan Knowles is the co-founder and CEO of Symba, a fintech company located in Louisville, KY. Symba empowers real estate agents to be financially healthy entrepreneurs with the only platform in the industry that combines an agent's deal tracking with their banking and finances. By giving agents more financial transparency and matching their unique, on-the-go lifestyles, we help them grow their business more effectively from anywhere.

Jeff Cohn is a successful real estate agent and entrepreneur who has been in the business for over 10 years. He is the CEO of kwELITE, a top Keller Williams market center in Omaha, NE. Jeff is also a national speaker and the host of The Team Building Podcast. He is committed to ongoing learning and has a vast knowledge base in real estate. Jeff's entrepreneurial ambitions began in childhood and he has been successful in several businesses. His vision is for the future of real estate, which includes a one-stop-shop experience for consumers that offers access to an agent and all ancillary businesses, virtually and in person.

Mahala Landin is the Managing Partner & Broker-in-Charge of the Rachel-Kendall Team. She was awarded the 2015 Culture Award by her team and has grown production to over 450 units per year with a lean headcount. The Rachel-Kendall team is on track to do 600+ units in 2022. Mahala has proudly watched the Triangle establish itself as one of the best places to live in the Country. Having spent her childhood in Cary, she graduated from NC State with a BS in Accounting and currently lives in Raleigh with her two girls. When she's not with her work family or her own family, she enjoys continuing her 20-year love of Pilates, fitness conditioning, and education. She loves to run, be outdoors, listen to music, and keep it real with craft beers!
