Sunny Raybern
Community & Social Media Manager
Sunny is a second generation Sonlighter currently homeschooling two children(14-year-old girl, 9-year-old boy) who have been educated entirely with Sonlight. She's married to her college sweetheart and can be found reading, traveling, hiking, or paddleboarding/kayaking in her spare time. Some of her favorite homeschool topics include homeschooling as a working parent, Sonlight books that make you cry, letting go of perfection, and incorporating travel into your child's education.
Since 2002, Amber has homeschooled all five of her children using Sonlight. Her oldest four children have graduated, and her youngest is still attending Severance Prep (as an 8th grader). Besides caring for her home and family, Amber is involved in ministry at her church. (In her former life, she was a basketball coach and gets to do that once-in-awhile as the need arises!) Even after homeschooling for 20+ years, she still has much to learn and needs encouragement — She's excited to be on this journey with you!
Ann Kuebler
Homeschool Mom & Sonlight Mentor
Ann Kuebler is a homeschool mother of two and has used Sonlight curriculum since 2007. Her son is currently in college, and her daughter is a senior in high school. A former high school biology teacher, Ann enjoys teaching science labs in their local homeschool co-op where she also serves on the leadership team. Enjoying the flexible schedule that homeschooling provides, Ann has enjoyed serving as a volunteer in several capacities in her community, including serving as regent in her DAR chapter, being a docent at a local state historic site, and volunteering as communication coordinator for her homeschool athletics association.
