A Principal Product Owner at ING, Patryk Urbańczyk has over 15 years of experience in various enterprise IT roles. Part of ING's cloud tribe, he leads the global workload automation team and sets scheduling service standards. He has been involved with ING's implementation of Universal Automation Center (UAC) since ING Belgium's first go-live in 2013. Mr. Urbańczyk is proud to contribute to ING’s self-service automation strategy that supports over 500 internal groups and represents 1000s of end-users across ING’s global business.

Mariusz Dybowski

Senior DevOps Expert, ING

Mariusz Dybowski is a Senior Devops Expert at ING, where he's responsible for the implementation, support, and growth of scheduling services. With over 15 years of experience across many IT areas, Mr. Dybowski manages the internal automation of scheduling, such as onboarding, permissions assignment, maintenance, containerization, plus integration with external systems like Azure, ServiceNow, Ansible, S3, Infoblox, Kafka, vRealize Suite, and monitoring systems. He also introduced a new software-based concept for customers in ING: scheduling-as-code.
